1. Notice Inviting Quotation
Quotations are invited from eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of equipment for 20 digital labs in Saraswati Shishu Mandir schools across 10 districts of Uttarakhand, under the REC Foundation CSR Digital Lab Establishment Project.

4. Vendor Eligibility
- Legal Registration – Vendor must be a legally registered firm/company.
- Relevant Experience – Experience in supplying similar equipment, preferably digital lab/IT equipment.
- GST Registration – Valid GST registration certificate.
- PAN – Valid PAN of the firm/company.
- Financial Capacity – Adequate financial capability to execute the order.
- Past Supply Experience – Proof of previous supplies/orders for similar equipment.
- Technical Capability – Ability to supply, install, configure and commission the required equipment.
- Warranty & After-Sales Support – Must provide the required warranty and service support.
- No Blacklisting – Vendor should not have been blacklisted/debarred by any government department or organization.
- Delivery Capability – Ability to deliver within the specified timeline and locations.
- Compliance with Specifications – Supplied equipment must meet the technical specifications mentioned in the tender/quotation.
5. Submission Process
